The Beginner's Guide to Yuletide has been a great help to get an idea of the future steps and the number of stories/fandom it is possible to ask for and to offer.

Wow, Star Trek Discovery qualified??! And I am with you on hoping someone else does Sense8.

incidentally, I have finished the Society of gentleman and have enjoyed it IMMENSELY. Thank you for reccing it to me! I plan on starting Magpies or one of the other series next. :-)

I may ask for Sense 8, because they were things that were handwaved and too easy in the finale. I love happy endings, but I want to see the characters work for it emotionnaly speaking, I wanted to see the process, and the in between steps, and all the interactions between the families and loved one brought together.
(Also, the world needs more good Kala/Rajan/Wolfgang fics. Just saying)

I do hope other people will ask for Lastman! The best bet for having new fics will be asking for it I think, rather than hope other people ask!

I rewatched Interstella 5555 this summer at the open air cinema, so it's very fresh for me... I have no idea what could be done fic-wise, nor does I want something specific, but I have the feeling that something really interesting could be done with this fandom...
